6 10-inch celery stalks
1/4 c. canned crushed pineapple
1/2 c. soft "light" cream cheese
2 T. creamy peanut butter
1 T. honey
1/4 c. raisins or dried fruit bits
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
3 T. dry-roasted, finely crushed nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse and dry celery stalks. With small, sharp knife, trim off the leafy parts.
2. Drain pineapple.
3. In medium bowl, combine drained pineapple, cream cheese, peanut butter, and honey. Stir with rubber spatula until well mixed. Stir in raisins or fruit bits and hot sauce, if desired.
4. With table knife, fill the groove of each celery stalk with cream cheese mixture.
5. Sprinkle crushed nuts over celery stalks.
6. Place filled celery stalks on large plate or serving tray. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, uncovered.
7. Remove from refrigerator. Cut each stalk into 5 equal pieces and serve.
