1 lb ground beef
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 Tbsp taco seasoning mix
One 15oz can refried beans
2 c coarsely crushed corn chips or tortilla chips
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown ground beef until no longer pink; drain. Add soup, seasoning mix and beans; mix well. Put chips in 9" square baking dish; top with meat mixture. Cover with cheese. Microwave on high 3 minutes, until cheese is melted, or bake at 350º until cheese is melted.
