16 oz. of softened cream cheese
1 c. of mayo
4 oz. can of diced green chilies (drained)
4 oz. can of diced jalapeño peppers (drained)
1 c. shredded cheese (I prefer jack cheese)
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together the cream cheese and mayo until smooth. Stir in the green chilies, jalapeño peppers, and 1 c. shredded cheese. Put mixture into an oven safe dish. Top with the 1/2 c. of parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips, veggies, bread, whatever you like.
