8 oz. cooked spaghetti
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 lb. of ground beef or turkey
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 (14 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
2 eggs; beaten
1/3 c. Parmesan chess; grated
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Cook beef (or turkey), onion and bell pepper in large skillet over medium heat until meat is brown; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and mix well. Combine cooked spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, egg mixture, and butter in a large bowl and mix well. Place spaghetti mixture in 13 X 9 baking pan and spread evenly. Spread cottage cheese over the top. Pour sauce mixture over cottage cheese. Sprinkle mozzarella over the top of casserole. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and cheese has melted.
