1 sm. jar Lingonberry jam
1 pkg. dried cherries
3 green apples, med diced
1 red pepper, med dice d
5 red onions, med diced
1c. walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp. white sugar
1 oz. Grand Marnier
2 tbsp. red wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, sauté the apple, onion, peppers and cherries in oil and butter (about 1 oz. total) until onions are caramelized. Deglaze with Grand Marnier. Add walnuts, red wine and sugar and cook until apples are tender. Approx. 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Cool, store in refrigerator.
