6 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. nuts (sunflower seeds, walnuts or pecans, chopped)
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. vegetable oil
optional additions: shredded coconut, bran, nonfat dry milk, raisins, dried fruit

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300º.
2. In a large bowl, mix oats, wheat germ, nuts and any other optional add-ins.
3. In a small saucepan, heat honey & oil until honey is thin and runny. Add to oat mixture and mix well.
4. Spread on 2 baking sheets and bake for about 15 minutes, mixing occasionally, until lightly browned.
