4 medium white potatoes
1/3 c. lowfat milk
2 T. butter
1 c. frozen vegetable medley, cooked according to package

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and cut potatoes into 1-inch chunks. Place potatoes in medium pot and pour over enough water to cover.
2. Cook over high heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes or until tender.
3. Drain, then shake potatoes over low heat for 1 minute to dry.
4. Mash with potato masher or fork. Stir in milk, butter, and cooked vegetables. Serve warm.
