2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can chicken broth
1 package taco seasoning

1 can mexicorn
1 can diced tomatoes (Mexican if possible)
1 can black beans
1 small can enchilada sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put chicken breasts, chicken broth, and taco seasoning in crock pot on low 6 to 8 hours.
2. Shred chicken, put back in crock pot and add mexicorn, tomatoes, black beans, and enchilada sauce.
3. Put crock pot on high.
4. Serve when warm. Can add shredded cheese, tortilla chips, sour cream.
