1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed and dry
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lbs. ground lamb or ground beef
1 c. refrigerated tzatziki sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble lamb over mixture and mix well.
2. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased 11" x 7" baking dish.
3. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 55-60 minutes or until no pink remains and a thermometer reads 160.
4. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
