1 lb sausage, browned and drained
1/4 C chopped onion
1 can (14 oz) sauerkraut, drained
1 can (15 oz) great northern beans
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 cans of water (use tomato soup can)
1/4 C salsa
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp cumin
salt & pepper to taste
1 bay leaf

Directions:

Brown sausage and onions in skillet, drain. Combine remaining ingredients in crock pot and cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours. (Or in pot on stove for 45 minutes.)
