Ingredients:  
4-7 oz Fresh or canned minced clams
If using fresh clams...need 1/2 cup clam juice
4 tsps lemon juice
2 onions chopped
2 peppers chopped
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 lb margarine/butter
2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
3 slices of american, fontina or your favorite cheese (fontina works well)
2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
place clams in large frying pan, and simmer with lemon juice
add chopped onion, peppers and parsley
add margerine/butter, oregano, and pepper
Add clam juice and breadcrumbs
Break up cheese and add to mixture
Spread into pie plate or baking dish
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese
Cover top slightly with tin foil
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly

Serve with crackers or chips!
