1 pkg (2 1/4 tsp) yeast
1 1/3 C warm water
1 T sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 1/2 - 4 C flour
1 egg
1 T water
2 T sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Sprinkle yeast over warm water in bowl and blend till yeast is dissolved. Stir in sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, and flour to form soft slightly sticky dough. Knead for 5 minutes. Cut dough in half. Cut each half into 6 pieces. Roll out each piece to 15" long. Shape into pretzel or twisted breadstick on a greased baking sheet. Mix egg and 1 T water and brush on top of pretzels. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake 15-20 minutes. Eat with your favorite dips (mustard, butter, spaghetti sauce, honey, etc)!
