1 cup Heinz ketchup
¼ cup Kraft original BBQ sauce
¼ cup liquid honey
1 tsp mustard
½ tsp Tabasco sauce (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together well. If cooking in oven, add a little water. Check occasionally to see if it is drying out. If it is, add a little more water. When meat is ready, sauce should be fairly thick.

May be used for all meat but especially good for chicken and ribs.
