Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats (not instant)

1/4 c. vanilla yogurt
1/2 banana
1/2 apple
dried cranberries
1/4 tsp. teaspoon cinnamon
2 tbsp. sliced almonds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put the oats in a bowl, then stir in 1/2 cup of the milk, all of the yogurt and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours. When you are ready to serve, add another 1/2 cup of milk to rehydrate the oats. Chop the apple & banana and gently stir in. Top with the dried cranberries and almonds.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I prefer to use vanilla soy milk or vanilla almond milk. If you use regular milk, you might want to also add a bit of sugar or sugar substitute. The oatmeal can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days, without the added fruit.
