1 1/2 lbs pork, cut in strips.
2 tbsp oil
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ginger
1 large onion, cut in strips
¼ cup soy sauce

2 cups chopped cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork strips in frypan which has been heated with 2 tbsp oil.

Add brown sugar, ginger. and onion Stir and brown.

Add the Soy Sauce and simmer with lid for 20 min.

After 10 min. add cabbage .

If necessary, add more soy sauce to taste
