1 3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup oil
2 cups thinly sliced apples
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar gradually, beat until mixture is light and fluffy. Add sifted dry ingredients. Add oil and vanilla. Fold in the apples. Bake 40 -45 minutes (check at 30-35 minutes) in a 9 X13 greased pan at 350º
