"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
1 c. rice
4 c. milk
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
Cinnamon-sugar mixture

Directions:
Combine rice and milk in the top of a double boiler. Cook for at least an hour till rice is soft and milk is absorbed. Stir several times so mixture does not stick to the bottom. May need to add more milk. Rice will be sticky, not fluffy. When finished cooking and while rice is still hot, stir in butter and sugar. Transfer to serving dish. Top with sugar-cinnamon mixture. Serve hot, warm or cold.
