24 - 30 frozen meatballs (depending on size)
1 cup beef broth
4 oz can sliced mushrooms
8 oz sour supreme (tofutti 'sour cream')
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup mocha mix or other pareve milk
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
4 cups cooked wide noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In pot, combine meatballs,broth, mushrooms. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover & simmer about 15 minutes till meatballs are heated through. In a small bowl stir together sour supreme & flour, whisk in "milk" & mustard; pour into the pot, cook & stir till thickened & bubbly. Serve over the hot cooked noodles.
