1/2 - 1 lb. Spicy Sausage
1 lb. Hamburger
1 Large Onion, chopped
2 Stalks Celery, chopped
Fresh Garlic
2 Cans Mushrooms
1 Can Rotel Tomato & Chilies
Tomato Sauce
Tomato Bits, if needed
1 Can Green Chilies - hot or mild
1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce
Essence (Recipe in "Miscellaneous" section)
Basil
Pepper
Cayenne
Italian Seasoning
Oregano
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and hamburger; add onions, celery and garlic when after browning. Continue to add remaining ingredients until consistency and taste suit you! Let it simmer for a bit for all the flavors to blend.
