1 lb. wild rice
1 small can mushrooms (drained)
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 – 10 ½ oz cans of onion soup
1 soup can of water
1 c grated mozzarella or other cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Soak wild rice 3 hrs in water add cover.
Drain, rinse, and combine everything but cheese.
Mix ingredients. Put into oven safe dish and top with cheese. Bake covered at 350 for 1 ½ hrs.
