¾ cup uncooked rice
¼ tsp paprika
3 tbsp bacon drippings
¼ tsp chili powder
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic minced
2 green peppers chopped
1 ½ tsp salt
1 cup chopped onion
¼ tsp pepper
2 ½ cups canned tomatoes
1 lb ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice following directions on package.

Place bacon drippings in dutch oven and sauté garlic for 5 minutes. Add peppers and onions and sauté until soft. Push to one side of pan and brown meat. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer gently for 30 minutes.

Add rice, stir to mix and continue to simmer gently for 15 to 20 minutes.
