1 lb. hamburger
1 can kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can garbanzo beans (rinsed and drained)

1 onion (chopped fine)
4 C tomatoes (diced)
1 large head lettuce (shredded)
8 oz shredded cheese
1 avocado (diced)
1 bag of corn chips (crushed)
1 jar of salsa
Taco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Add beans. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Cool and put into refrigerator for next day. In a large bowl. Add onion, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and avocado. Just before serving, toss in chips, salsa. Leave taco sauce on side to add additional spice/heat if wanted
