1 – 1 ½ lb of round steak (cut into pieces)
2 Tb. Olive Oil
2 Tb butter
Flour
½ c chopped onion
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 can of mushrooms (sliced or fresh)
1 can of tomato soup
1 ½ cup of beef broth
1 Tb Worcestershire
6 –8 drops of tobacco sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 c sour cream
Egg Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, quickly brown them on both sides in the olive oil and butter. Remove the steak from the pan. Add the onion slices and mushrooms and garlic to the pan drippings. Saute for a few minutes, until the onion is tender. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon flour. Put the steak back into the pan with the onion and mushrooms. Add the tomato soup. Cook over low heat for about 30 min-1 hr, covered, until meat is tender. Adjust seasoning to taste, by adding salt and pepper and tobacco, as needed. Stir in the sour cream the last few minutes, right before you serve. Serve over cooked noodles
