1/2 cup chive and onion cream cheese spead
(from 8 oz container)
1 Tablespoon chopped ripe olives
I medium green bell pepper cut into 8 wedges
1 medium red bell pepper cut into 8 wedges
3 tablespoons finely chopped shredded cheese


Directions:

1) Heat stove to medium low using a skillet
mix cream cheese and olives in a bowl

2) Spread about 2 tsp cream cheese mixture inside each pepper wedge Sprinkle with cheese

3) Add a little conola oil to skillet and add each wedge slowly to the stove

4) Cover and saute heat for 8 to 10 mins
( Or until bottoms of peppers are blistered and charred and cheese is melted)

This is a super healthy and tasty appetizer.
At first I wasn't too kean on the cream cheese and olives but they are actually a great pairing with the peppers
