1 c. Pecans, Chopped
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 c. Apricot Nectar
1/2 c. Oil
1/2 c. Water
4 Eggs

Sauce:
1 c. White Sugar
1 Stick Butter
1/4 c. Apricot Nectar

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a tube pan. Flour lightly. Sprinkle the pecans in the bottom of the pan. Mix all the remaining ingredients and pour over nuts. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Sauce: When it gets close to time to remove the cake from the oven, mix all the ingredients together and let come to a boil. Pour sauce over hot cake and let cool. Loosen cake from sides of pan before turning out of pan.
