Cinnamon filling:
1 tbsp cinnamon
4 tbsp margarine, softened
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp flour

Cake:
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
16 oz tofutti sour supreme
confectioner sugar for dusting

Directions:
Mix together cinnamon filling, set aside. Blend all cake ingredients till smooth, starting with margarine & sugar. Pour half the batter into bundt pan, crumble cinnamon mix over the top. Pour in rest of batter, use skewer or knife to swirl cinnamon throughout. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350º, toothpick should come out clean. Invert to take out of pan & cool, dust with sugar.
