2/3 cup margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup oj
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp grated orange zest
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

Frosting:
2 cups confectioner sugar
2 tbsp margarine
1/2 tbsp orange zest
2 tbsp orange juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything well (sometimes need a little extra flour). Roll into balls, bake at 400º for 8 minutes.
Cool & frost. For frosting, beat all together till smooth.
