12 oz HAM (chopped)
2 1/2 c CHEDDAR CHEESE (shredded)
1/2 c GREEN PEPPER (chopped)
1/2 c GREEN ONION (chopped)
8 TORTILLAS
1 T FLOUR
1/4 tsp SALT
4 EGGS (beaten)
2 c MILK
1/2 tsp GARLIC POWDER

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Ham w/2 c Cheese,Onion & Green Peppers.
Roll 1/2 c in each Shell
Place Seam side down in an 11 X 7 Pan.
Mix 6-10 & Pour over Shells
Refrigerate overnight
Bake @ 350º for 40 min
Add 1/2 c Cheddar & return to oven until melted
