10-12 oz fettuccine
4 tbsp butter/margarine
2 heaping tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp garlic powder
8 shakes hot sauce
1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzerella, parmesan)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, stir in flour, garlic, hot sauce. Whisk in milk over higher flame-till smooths out & thickens. Turn to low heat, mix in cheese till melted. Ladel sauce over cooked fettuccine on plates.
