Ingredients:  
4 lb ground beef
2 cups bread crumbs
4 eggs
1/2 cup fine chopped onion (I also use dried minced)
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup (more if the mixture seems too dry)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together till blended. Shape to balls, put on greased baking sheet & bake on 400º for 15 minutes. Cool & freeze or take off what you need & drop into sauce.

this recipe make a LOT of meatballs, but they are great to have in the freezer - a time saver for meatball suppers. Just cook rice or spaghetti & make a sauce & drop the meatballs in
