1 to 1 1/2 lb ground beef
3/4 cup ketchup mixed with 1 1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped onion (I cheat & use some dried minced onion)
1 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp minced garlic (I throw in garlic powder)
tsp salt
pepper

Directions:
Mix 1/2 cup of the ketchup with the meat & everything else. Form loaf. Spread other 1/4 cup ketchup over top (& sides) of meatloaf.
2 ways to cook: put in crockpot (on top of foil for easy removal) & cook on high 4 hrs or low 8 hrs OR bake (like I do) on 375º for appx 1 hour.
