1st Layer:
1 1/2 cubes margarine
1 1/2 c. Flour
2/3 c. Chopped walnuts
2nd Layer:
8 oz cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool whip or whipped cream
3rd Layer:
2 – 3 oz pkg. choc. instant pudding
3 c. milk
4th Layer:
Cool whip or whip cream on top.
Sprinkle with grated walnuts and grated choc. chips

1st Layer: Mix together butter, flour and walnuts together, press in 9 X 13 pan.
Bake 325 degree 30 minutes.
2nd Layer: Cream cheese & sugar together. Add cool whip, stir and spread over cooled, baked 1st layer.
3rd Layer: Whip pudding until stiff, spread over cream cheese layer.
4th Layer: Cool whip or whip cream on top. Sprinkle with grated walnuts and grated choc. chips
