Ingredients:  
Whole wheat pasta (any kind), cooked
Mix-ins: your choice of chopped apple, onion, celery, carrot, red & green pepper, cooked peas or corn, blueberries
Dressing:
½ cup low fat mayo
½ cup olive oil

¼ cup red wine or apple cider vinegar
1½ tps Dijon mustard
1 tsp sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
¼ tsp each of oregano, thyme, basil (or ¾ tsp Italian seasoning)
1 clove garlic, minced

Blend dressing ingredients and pour over pasta salad.
