lasagna noodles
¼ cup margarine
⅓ chopped onion
1 pkg frozen lasagna, thawed and drained
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 lb cooked hamburger
1 egg
1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
2 cups tomato sauce
mozzarella cheese, shredded

White Sauce:
⅓ cup margarine
⅓ cup flour
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in margarine until soft. Stir in spinach; cook until moisture is gone. Remove from heat; add hamburger, ricotta cheese, egg and season to taste.
Prepare white sauce: Melt margarine in pan. Add flour to make a roux and cook a couple of minutes. Add milk and salt; cook until bubbly and thick.
Layer tomato sauce, noodles, hamburg filling, shredded cheese and white sauce until pan is full.
Bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
