12 white bread slices
Oil spray
4 tsp garlic salt (or garlic & salt)
3 tsp thyme
4 tsp rosemary
1 1/2 tsp coarse black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim crusts, lay bread slices on waxed paper, spray with oil, sprinkle spices. Cover with another sheet of wax paper & use rolling pin to flatten the bread, pressing in the spices. Flip the bread & do the same to the other side. Press bread into large muffin pan cups. Bake at 350º for 15, till crisp & brown. Serve all sorts of salad inside the bread cup. (caesar, salmon, couscous...)
