1 3 lb whole chicken, washed and dried
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
Directions:
Directions:
Rub chicken with margarine or butter or spray butter inside and out. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over and inside chicken. Put chicken into a brown paper bag (grocery bag) and tie securely or staple shut.
Place in a flat pan and bake 2 hours at 400 degrees.
