1 dozen hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup Mt. Olive sweet salad cubes
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, according to your preference
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel the boiled eggs, cut each egg in half and put the yolks in a bowl.
2. Place halved eggs on a platter.
3. Mash yolks with a fork until they are broken down more.
4. Add the mayo and the sweet salad cubes to the bowl of yolks and mix well.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Place a teaspoon of the egg mixture into each halved egg shell.
7. Sprinkle each egg with paprika if desired.

A sliced green olive may be added on top of each egg if desired.
Also, the amount of mayonnaise is to your liking, depends how creamy you like it.
