1 1/2 lb. ground chuck beef
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
1 c. bread crumbs or bread slices, torn into small
pieces, or use some crackers also, with the
bread.
1/4 c. milk
2 boiled eggs, finely chopped
1/2 c. of 3-minute oatmeal (do not cook)
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. catsup or 1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
or combination
1/2 c. cold water
3 T. sweet pickle relish

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except last 3 (catsup, water, relish). Mix well. Put in baking dish. Mix last 3 ingredients to make sauce. Add the sauce on top and around the loaf, to keep meat loaf moist. Bake 325 degrees or 350 degrees about 35 to 40 minutes, or until cooked.
