15 Oz. Box Raisin Bran
3 Cups Sugar
5 Cups All-Purpose Flour
5 Tsp. Baking Soda
2 Tsp. Salt
4 Eggs
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Qt. Buttermilk
2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Ground Cloves
1 Tsp. Nutmeg

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake for 15 min. (Batter will last for up to 4 weeks in refrigerator. Muffins can be frozen.) NOTE: Recipe may be halved for smaller batch.
