Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pork loin (use 2 if small)
1 family size can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 small can Cream of Celery soup
1 small can Cream of Onion soup (optional)
1 & 1/2 tbsp McCormick garlic & herbs spice
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soups together with spices - DO NOT DILUTE. Spread thin layer of soup mix over bottom of slow cooker pan. Cut pork loin(s) into 1/2 thick medallions & layer over soup mix. Spread another layer of soup mix over pork. Continue alternating layers of pork & soup mix. Start with slow cooker on high, when mixture starts to slowly boil (usually after about 1 hour) reduce cooker to medium-low. Cook for approximately 1 - 1 & 1/2 more hours or until pork is done (will flake apart easily with a fork.)

Serve over rice or egg noodles.

** THIS WORKS BEST IN AN ACTUAL SLOW COOKER, BUT CAN ALSO BE DONE IN A CROCK POT.
