14 Buffalo Wings
4 C. Flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 Black pepper
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 C.Tabasco Sauce
1/8 C. Honey
3 tbsp fresh chives.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Grease pan with non stick cooking spray. Rinse and cut wings on joints. Discard wing tips. Mix flour, salt, pepper, cayenne, and garlic. Dredge wings in flour 2 at a time and set on pan not touching each other. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Mix honey, tabasco, and chives. Role in flour mixture one more time and replace on pan. Bake for 10 minutes then brush with tabasco and honey mixture.bake for 10 minutes, and role wings. re-brush and bake for 10 minutes. Role wings again and brush again. Bake for another 5-10 minutes. Serve hot.
