1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 jar (30 ounce) spaghetti sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (I use a Tablespoon)
3 cups (12 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package (1 pound) mostaccioli pasta, cooked and drained (any kind of pasta will work, but for spaghetti types use ½ box)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown meat. Combine cooked pasta, meat, soups, and spaghetti sauce. Add pepper, seasoning and 2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Mix to combine. Place in large casserole or dutch oven. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 25 minutes.
