Directions:
Directions:
Get out the Cuisinart (or chop fine in a bowl) 1/2 large Vidalia onion per lb. of beef and either add onion into Cuisinart or chop finely. Chop (or add to Cuisinart) us as many cloves of garlic which makes you happy (were part Italian so the more the better)! Add the Ketchup - don't be shy! Add a few tbsp. of both the spicy brown and grey poupon. Add the Salt to the mix...again, don't be shy! Add the Pepper - a few tbsp. Add a few tbsp. White Pepper (if you have). Add a few pinches of Ground Cayenne Red Pepper (or add more if you dare!). Add a tbsp. of Ground Mustard Add a few tbsp. of low sodium soy sauce. Mix all of these together and add to a 1.5- 2 lb (or so) of the Ground Beef. Pour in a 1/3 c. (or more) of the Guinness Dark Beer. Mix it all up…make the patties…not to tight. Let them sit for around 30 minutes. Get the Grill nice and hot. Cook the burger to your liking and add your favorite cheese...place on a bun and Enjoy!
