1 – 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip
1 cup sugar
2 cups boiling water
2 small packages raspberry Jello
1 – 12 oz. package frozen whole raspberries
1 pie crust, rolled or graham cracker, baked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, and sugar together. Spread over cooled pie crust. Pour packages of Jello into a bowl. Pour boiling water over the Jello and stir until completely dissolved. Add the frozen raspberries and stir. Put bowl in refrigerator for ½ hour. Pour over cream cheese mixture and chill until Jello is firm. Serve topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
