3 – 5 apples, peeled and sliced – firm apple is best, not McIntosh
¾ cup flour
1 cup sugar
½ cup butter, softened
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, sugar, and butter with a fork until when incorporated; will have small “balls”. Place apples in an 8 x 8 pan. Cover with cinnamon. Press flour mixture over the top of apples. Bake at 350 until golden brown and bubbly – 25+ minutes.
