"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:

pork center cut chops
sazon con achoite
garlic powder
vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Wash pork chops in cold water with a couple of tbsp. of vinegar. Next, season the pork chops with adobo, sazon and garlic powder, refrigerate for about 1 hours if desired not necessary, before frying. In deep fryer or flat frying pan cook the pork chops on medium to high heat until golden brown and if preferred crispy. I like them a little crispy and a darker golden color. Can be served with white rice, beans and sweet platanos.
