3 OUNCES FLOUR
1 OUNCE OF SUPER SECRET SPECIAL SPICES
3 TBSP BUTTER
8 OUNCES HEAVY CREAM
3GARLIC CLOVES DICED
1/2 ONION DICED
2 PINCHES PARSLEY
2 LEAVES SWEET BASIL DICED
ZEST OF 1 LIME
JUICE OF 2 LIMES
4 OUNCES OF TEQUILA

MIX FLOUR AND SPECIAL SECRET SPICES TOGETHER AND ADD CHICKEN TENDERLOINS TILL THEY ARE WELL COATED. REMOVE AND FRY TENDERLOINS UNTILL GOLDEN BROWN AND SET ASIDE. IN A MEDIUM SAUTE PAN ADD BUTTER, GARLIC AND ONIONS AND SAUTE UNTILL ONIONS ARE TRANSPARENT. ADD HEAVY CREAM, PARSLEY, BASIL, LIME JUICE AND ZEST AND BRING TO A BOIL. ADD PRECOOKED CHICKEN TENDERLOINS TO THE PAN AND THEN ADD TEQUELLA TP THE EDGE OF CREAM WHILE SWIRLING THE PAN OVER HEAT. tHIS WILL CAUSE THE CONTENTS TO FLAMBE' AS WELL AS MIX THE TEQUELLA WITH THE CREAM. YOUR DISH IS READY TO ENJOY. SERVE BY ITSELF AS A APPITIZER OR OVER RICE/PASTA AS A MAIN DISH. I HOPE YOU ENJOY THIS DISH AS MUCH AS I DO.
