4 cups of carrots, sliced about 1/4 of an inch thick.
4 tbsp butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup Vermont Maple Syrup
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet melt butter and add carrots. Cook over medium heat until carrots start to become tender.Add garlic and cook for about 2 minutes. Add in Vermont Maple syrup. Cook until the syrups starts to boil and thicken. Remove from heat and add salt and pepper to taste.
