2 cups of sugar browned for pan
8 egg yolks
4 whole eggs
1 quart whole milk
4 tsps. vanilla
1 1/2 cups sugar
Double shot of rum or whiskey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Burn 2 cups of sugar in pan. After melted, roll around so the edges of the pan are covered with sugar.
Mix all ingredients.
Place baking pan in another pan with water. Bake 45 minutes. Leave in water pan for 3.5 hours.
