1 cup of White River Rice cooked and cooled
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pound Ricotta cheese
1 quart whole milk
6 eggs room temperature
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 400º
Beat eggs, add sugar, ricotta then stir in milk and vanilla. Blend in cooked rice and add cinnamon to taste.
Pour in 13 x 9 x 2 pan
Bake for 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
